Would you give up your bed for one night?
Many volunteers and supporters of Family Promise will be! Join us for a "Box City" event. We'll be sleeping in cardboard boxes to shine light on the plight of homeless families, and to experience just a taste of it ourselves. Please join us!

Would you give up your bed for a night…
If doing so could change a child’s life?
… What if it could change yours?

There is also a $20 registration fee for all participants.

We welcome a new support congregation: Impact Family Worship Center. Pastor Sean Lee of Impact Family Worship Center, Inc. They will be supporting Hockessin Baptist Church. Welcome aboard!
Transportation Help Needed
Family Promise has a need for “On Call” drivers to drive clients to job interviews and appointments. Please contact them at 998-2222 or info@familypromisede.org if you can help. They’ll call as needed and if you can help, great… if not, maybe next time.
Speaker's Bureau
We love sharing the Family Promise message in the community! A Board member recently spoke at all three services at Hockessin UMC. We’ve also been invited to speak at a Quota Organization meeting in June. Please contact us at info@familypromisede.org if we can speak to your congregation, missions committee, or community organization.
Box City Event - Save the Date!
Family Promise of NNCC will hold our first Box City Event on September 30th at Hockessin United Methodist Church. Participants will sleep out all night in cardboard boxes in an effort to raise awareness about homeless families, as well as raise funds for our network. We encourage all of our congregations to participate and community organizations will also be invited. We are planning for at least 200 participants. Additional details will be provided as the event gets closer. If you have any questions or want to get involved with planning the event, please contact us at info@familypromisede.org.
